About the project

A religious community established in the summer of 1984 by a group from Yeshivat Har Etzion in Alon Shvut. Today, there are approximately 2,000 residents covering a range of ages and occupations. Peduel is situated south of Route 5, west of Ariel on route 446, 25 minutes from Morasha Junction, and close to the yishuvim Beruchin and Alei Zahav. The yishuv lies in the heart of the Nachal Shilo Nature Reserve, on a 409m-high hill. There are some great observation points across the yishuv, with some amazing views of the coast and the Samarian Mountains, and perhaps the most well-known lookout point – “The Balcony of the Country.”

About the Yishuv

In Ivy Hanahal you will enjoy a high-standard home with beautiful design, a large garden, spacious parking, and a wonderful location at the edge of the settlement facing magical Genesis landscapes and spectacular sunsets. In Ivy Hanahal you will find true comfort in the place (the heart of nature), the location (10 minutes from Efrat), the warm and family-friendly community, the extensive activities for children and youth, the entrepreneurship and creativity, the neighbors who are always happy to help, and in general the good, young, and connecting atmosphere. In addition to the amazing and refreshing weather in the settlement (after all, 800 meters above sea level), in Ivy Hanahal there is also a special spirit of pioneering, of connection and love, of simple joy, of truth. If you read this line and said, “These are exactly the kind of people I’m looking for,” you are completely on the right track.
