Eli

Eli was established in 1984. The yishuv is spread over a large area and is home to 850 families in 9 neighborhoods. Eli is a good place in the heart of Israel, about 30 minutes from the Greater Tel-Aviv area (Gush Dan) and Jerusalem, and 10 minutes from Ariel. The relatively short distance from the largest employment centers in the country enables easy and quick access to diverse work and educational institutions. Eli is also home to educational institutions for all ages, a thriving daycare center and kindergarten system, boys ‘and girls’ elementary schools, Bnei-David institutions that include a pre-military academy and yeshiva, as well as a yeshiva for those who have completed their military service. There are activities for all ages, a building for the community center is currently being established which includes a large library, rooms for extracurricular activities and a function hall. There is a swimming pool, gym and sports fields. The Lev Eli shopping center serves the residents of the community and the surrounding area, and here you will find a large supermarket, post office, Social Security, health insurance facilities, a coffee shop and pizzeria.
