Kiryat Netafim

About the project

About 180 families live in Kiryat Netafim, with the expansion plan in place for the absorption of 100 additional families in the years ahead. The community is diverse, passionate about life and social involvement. Many residents are members of various committees (education, culture, charity and more) and play an active role in creating the unique family atmosphere that exists in the community. All units in this project have been sold, we will update when another phase opens.

About the Yishuv

Kiryat Netafim is a religious community and one of the most established in Samaria, located 10 minutes from Ariel University and 20 minutes from central Israel. A broad variety of religious services (synagogues, mikveh, Torah lessons for children and adults) and diverse cultural services (library, extracurricular activities, two culture clubs and more) are openly available. A short distance away you will find everything you need: supermarket, fashion shops, restaurants, pool, country club and more.
