The residents have access to kindergartens, a child daycare center, synagogue, a local Bnei Akiva chapter, library and clubhouse. There is one synagogue in the neighborhood with a minyan three times a day and where the chosen nusach is determined by the chazan. During the week there is a daf yomi shiur, Tehillim for children on Shabbat, and a variety of other shiurim. A new playpark and observation deck are planned to be built in the neighborhood. A gas station and convenience store are located near the neighborhood, as well as the Alon Park, where there is a soccer pitch and an adventure park. According to future plans, additional picnic areas and a walking trail are due to be built there. In nearby Kiryat Arba there are educational institutions, clinics, a post office, bank, National Insurance office, food and other commercial stores, a swimming pool, community center, culture and entertainment center, etc…
