About the project

Another phase of construction is now underway. 28 apartments in 2 terraced buildings with 14 apartments in each building. A variety of 3.5, 4 and 5-room apartments. All apartments have gardens and/or Sukkah balconies. Registered parking and storage. In the 5-bedroom apartments, the storage room is adjacent to the apartment and may be used as an additional room in the future. The apartments are large, well lit and with very high-standard technical specifications. Such as central air conditioning in each apartment, 60/60 floor tiling throughout, transparent railing, etc. The project is due to commence intake some two years after signing the contract. Considerable thought went into the design of the apartments. The apartments have spacious rooms and a large lounge. The apartments enjoy a breathtaking view to the west and on days of good visibility you can see the sea. Construction is subject to the close supervision of supervisors and consultants. The project will benefit from an impressive new playground adjacent to the apartments as well as a beautiful internal promenade.

About the Yishuv

Talmon is a religious community located in western Binyamin. Over 200 families contribute daily to the ongoing enterprise of Jewish settlement, and to strengthen our hold on the Land of Israel, while enjoying an excellent location in the heart of a spectacular biblical landscape, a private house with a red roof and garden, and a young and high quality society, which places great emphasis on education, culture and Torah-based community life. Talmon is located 35 minutes from Jerusalem, 15 minutes from Modi’in and 35 minutes from Tel Aviv. The community offers a selection of daycare centers, pre-nursery play groups, kindergartens and after-school activity centers, as well as a new elementary school. The children enjoy a game center, library, extracurricular activities and Talmud Torah. The Bnei Akiva youth movement is active in the community.
