Otniel

About the Project

The project has a variety of different apartments with options for future expansion. A 4-room apartment of 118m with a huge garden (70m²) and terrace (60m²), an open view of the desert landscape, expansive spaces, high-level of finishing, high standard stone coating.

Otniel sees itself as the flagship of settlement and growth in the Hebron Hills region, and indeed the amount of families it takes in, the volume of activity and the development of the yishuv in recent years really do speak for themselves. Faced with the challenges of the era, Otniel aims to move ahead, see the future and invest heavily in various projects, whose purpose is to enhance community resilience, absorb new families into the community, and brand Otniel as a community with a high quality of life.
